Vintage Mexican Sterling Silver Heart Perfume Bottle with Aztec Design & Amethyst Dauber
This vintage perfume bottle is a unique and beautiful piece of Mexican craftsmanship. Crafted from sterling silver, it features an etched Aztec design on the center of its puffy heart shape. The top of the neck is clearly marked “HECHO EN MEXICO, 925,” indicating its high quality materials. The bottle measures approximately 2 1/4″ to the top of the dauber x 1 5/8″ x 1/2″ thick and weighs about 16.8 grams. A hand-stamped Taxco bell adorns the end of the slip dauber, which is topped with a bezel set, hand-blown amethyst glass in a bullet shape. The perfume bottle opens and closes easily, demonstrating its good working order. In very nice condition, this piece would be a wonderful addition to any vintage collection.
