Vintage WWII First Sergeant Sterling Silver Pin with Gold Vermeil Stripes

This vintage WWII era pin is a striking piece of military history. Marked “STERLING” on the back, it weighs approximately 4.8 grams and measures about 1″ x 1 3/8″. The pin features “U.S.A.” prominently displayed alongside hanging chains bearing First Sergeant stripes.
