Vintage Lionel Train Set No. 1465 (1952) – All Original, Great Condition
This vintage Lionel Train Set, sourced from a local family who owned it since new, is in excellent condition for its age. The set has been lovingly cared for and shows minimal signs of wear beyond some light storage dust. Notably, the No. 6037 Caboose exhibits a broken left front step. The set includes:
– No. 2034 2-4-2 Loco – Tested and functions perfectly in forward, neutral, and reverse.
– No. 6066T Tender – In excellent condition.
– No. 6035 Single Dome Tank Car – In excellent condition.
– No. 6032 Black Gondola – In excellent condition.
– No. 6037 Caboose – With a broken left front step.
– No. 6019 Track – In good condition with typical ‘petrified’ wire that can be easily replaced.
8 PC. #1013 Curved O27 Track – Clean and ready to use.
8 PC. #1018 Straight Track – Clean and ready to use.
CTC Lockon – Included in the set.
While a transformer is not included, the locomotive and all cars come with their original boxes. Most of the boxes have missing ends and side flaps; however, the original owner saved these pieces, which are included with the set. Additionally, we’ve included a couple of instruction sheets found with the set.
No set box was included with the train set.
