This antique match safe, sourced from an estate, features an intriguing design of a hunting dog in chase on both sides. Crafted from copper with a zinc wash, the safe exhibits notable wear consistent with age, particularly on the wash. Measuring approximately 2 3/4″ long, 1 1/4″ wide, and 1/2″ thick, the safe demonstrates functionality with a working hinge and latch. While the hunting dog motif displays slight wear from pocket use, the safe itself remains dent-free and boasts a striker on the bottom.
