Vintage 1940s Catamore Gold-Filled Carved Shell Cameo Brooch – Unique Art Deco Design
This delightful vintage pin or brooch is from the 1940s and features a beautifully carved shell cameo. Marked ‘CATAMORE, 1/20-12K.G.F.’ on the back, it measures approximately 1 3/8″ x 3/4″. The unique oblong design is bezel set with a double link chain border. The cameo itself depicts a young woman with a bobbed hairstyle and draped bodice.
