Vintage 1950s-60s Japan Pastel Mother of Pearl Choker & Earrings Set
This delightful vintage choker and earring set hails from Japan and dates back to the 1950s or 1960s. Clearly marked “JAPAN” on the J clasp and clip-on earrings, the set features chunky pastel mother of pearl in beautiful shades. The choker necklace consists of two strands, weighs approximately 105 grams, and measures about 15 1/2″ end to end or 15″ when comfortably hooked. Six bright gold-tone “chunks” adorn the necklace, with one in each earring. The set is in very good condition and functional. The clip-on earrings measure approximately 1 3/8″ across with brass backs. Both are complete; one earring requires an adjustment to the arm for secure clipping.
