Vintage J.F. Reynolds High School Cufflinks (1940s-50s) – 12KT Gold-Filled – Engraved ‘7th Grade’, ‘8th Grade’
Offered are a pair of vintage cufflinks dating back to the 1940s-1950s, crafted by J.F. Reynolds of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Each cufflink is marked “1/20 12KT.G.F.” indicating 1/20th 12 karat gold-filled construction. The combined weight of the pair is 12.7 grams. Each cufflink bears the artist’s mark “A.E.” and an artist’s palette design on its back. One cufflink is engraved “7th Grade” while the other is engraved “8th Grade”. The front of each cufflink features a raised black enamel plaque centered on a rich gold wash. The plaque displays “R, Jr” and “R.F. Reynolds” flanking the plaque are “H” and “S”, signifying High School. The inscription “SCHOLASTIC” is elegantly raised across the bottom of each cufflink. These vintage cufflinks are in excellent condition and showcase remarkable detail.
