This vintage Elgin face pocket watch features a Grade 315, Model 3 movement with 15 jewels. Acquired from a local estate, it has been wound and is running well for the past six hours. The outer diameter of the case is 46.85mm. The screw-off covers are in good condition with no damage. While the fancy pattern on the back cover shows some wear, there is no noticeable wear-through except on the stem, crown, and bow. The inside of the back cover is marked “WARRANTED B&B ROYAL 20 YEARS”. The movement bears serial number 16273959, dating it to 1912. The dial is bright with only a few barely visible hairline cracks shown in the photos. A nice crystal completes this vintage timepiece. Please examine all photos carefully.
