Vintage 1940s Lucite Parrot Pin/Brooch – Rare Reverse Carved Design, Estate Find
This rare vintage pin dates back to the 1940s and features a reverse-carved lucite parrot design. The un-marked pin weighs approximately 8.5 grams and measures about 2 3/4″ x 3 1/4″. The white lucite parrot boasts red and green tipped wings, a black beak and feet, and a striking red head. A charming pink eye with a black center completes the look. The pin fastens securely with its original lucite bar and C clasp, featuring silver metal construction. While showing signs of wear consistent with age, this pin remains in very nice condition and is ready to be enjoyed.
