This exquisite vintage baby ring is a delightful piece of jewelry history. Crafted from 10K gold and bearing the hallmark “O 10K B”, this petite ring weighs approximately .9 grams and is a size 2.5. The band gracefully measures about 1.6mm wide at the back, with a wider face of 4.8mm x 2.7mm. At its center sits a bezel-set, faceted faux sapphire, measuring approximately 4mm in diameter.
