Vintage Italian Sterling Silver Two-Sided Christ & Mary Medal Pendant Necklace
This vintage Italian sterling silver pendant necklace features a beautifully detailed two-sided design. Hallmarked ‘ITALY STERLING’ on the pendant itself, it boasts raised depictions of Mother Mary with Baby Jesus on one side and the Head of Christ on the other. The 18″ sterling silver chain fastens securely with a spring clasp also marked ‘STERLING’. Measuring approximately 3/4″ x 9/16″, this pendant shows signs of gentle wear and remains in excellent condition.
