Vintage Sterling Silver Marcasite & Chrysoprase Brooch Pin (925)
This exquisite vintage sterling silver pin features a captivating combination of marcasite and chrysoprase. Marked “925TH” on the setting, it weighs approximately 21.4 grams and measures about 1 7/8″ x 1 1/2″. The intricate setting showcases twisted panels and is adorned with sparkling marcasites. A smooth, oval polished cabochon of chrysoprase, bezel-set and measuring approximately 1 1/2″ x 1 1/8″ with a beveled edge, takes center stage. The stone displays rich color and intriguing variations. Despite showing signs of wear consistent with age, the pin remains in very nice condition and functions perfectly.
