Vintage Burt Cassell 1950s Gold Filled Carved Rose Pin & Earrings Set – Excellent Condition
Offered is a stunning vintage set of jewelry from the 1950s, designed by the esteemed artist Burt Cassell. This beautifully crafted set comprises a pin and matching earrings, both crafted from gold-filled material. The pin features a meticulously carved rose design set within an open oval frame adorned with intricate leaf details. It is prominently marked on a raised plaque on the reverse with the signature ‘Burt Cassell, 12K. G.F.’ The pin weighs approximately 4.9 grams and measures roughly 1 3/8″ x 1 1/8″. The earrings, also marked with ‘1/20 12K. G.F.’ on their screw backs, feature identical carved rose motifs. Each earring measures about 5/8″ across and weighs a combined 4.2 grams. Both the pin and earrings are in excellent condition and function perfectly. The set is presented in a lovely velvet-lined case with a vibrant pink exterior.
