Vintage 1940s AMCO 14K Gold Filled Garnet & Pearl Pin – 5ct Boho Gem
This stunning vintage pin hails from the 1940s and showcases a captivating design in 14K gold filled. Marked “AMCO, 14K. G.F.”, this piece weighs approximately 4.4 grams and boasts a bright gold circle measuring about 1 1/8″ across, adorned with a delicate cross-hatch pattern. A swirling motif of gold drapes gracefully to one side, framing a creamy genuine pearl measuring approximately 5.8mm. Centered within the circle is a rare and unique Bohemian cut garnet, prong-set and approximately 10mm or 5 carats. This garnet is faceted to resemble eight smaller stones surrounding a larger center stone, but is a single, impressive piece. The pin is in excellent condition, functioning perfectly with a secure opening and closing mechanism.
