Vintage Taxco Damaso Gallegos Sterling Silver Holly Bell Pin (1940s-70s)
This vintage Taxco, Mexico pin by renowned artist Damaso Gallego is a beautiful holiday accessory. Marked “DG, TAXCO, STERLING” and with the eagle #3 hallmark, this piece dates back to the 1940s-1970s. Crafted from sterling silver, it weighs approximately 15.4 grams and measures about 2″ x 2 1/2″. The design features holly leaves with berries and three dangling sterling bells, each retaining its clanger. While showing signs of wear consistent with age, the pin is in very nice condition and good working order.
