WWII Era USMC Hat Badge – Brass & Gold, Screwback, Nice Condition

This WWII United States Marine Corps hat badge is a unique piece of military history. Measuring approximately 1 5/8 inches x 1 3/4 inches x 1/2 inch, the badge features a screw back nut in place and “S-21-GI” molded on the backside of the left wing. Crafted from brass with gold plating on the front side, the badge displays some toning consistent with age but should polish nicely to restore its luster.
