This vintage sterling silver necklace features a heart pendant adorned with set diamonds and a smaller “key” pendant. The top of the heart pendant is attached to the chain with an intricate “false” toggle-style chain end. The chain itself boasts fancy links along its length, culminating in a standard lobster claw catch at the top end. Measuring 18 inches in length, the necklace extends another 3 inches with the pendant. While pre-owned, this necklace remains in nice condition. Please review all photos for a closer look.
