This vintage Elgin Grade 291/Class 110 pocket watch, manufactured around 1905, presents a compelling project opportunity for watch enthusiasts. Featuring a 7-jewel movement, this watch measures 50.7mm in diameter and 13.5mm thick (including the crystal). The crystal is in excellent condition, and the dial retains its bright white color. A genuine diamond adorns the center of the back cover, adding a touch of elegance. The case is marked “WARRANTED B & B ROYAL – 20 YEARS” on the inside and shows only one tiny ding at the edge.
