This vintage Elgin Slim Case Open Face Pocket Watch features Grade 546 movement, Size 10s, and 15 jewels. The serial number, C633847, dates it to 1942. The watch is in working condition and keeps accurate time until approximately 4-5 on the hour hand, at which point the second hand snags and stops the watch.
