Vintage Elgin Ladies Pocket Watch – 1908 Grade 324, Fancy Dial & Monogrammed Case – Running

Offered is a vintage ladies’ Elgin pocket watch with a convertible style, allowing it to be worn as both a pocket watch and a pendant. This particular watch, along with another we recently acquired, appears to have belonged to the same person due to the matching monogram engraved on the back cover. The watch features a gold-filled Keystone watch case, marked “J. Boss – 20 Year Case”. The case measures approximately 32.3 mm in diameter and 9.95 mm thick, including the crystal. The case is in excellent condition with no dents and opens and closes smoothly. The movement serial number, 13467837, dates the watch to 1908 and identifies it as Grade 324, Class 117, Size 0s with 7 jewels. Both this watch and its companion appear to have been well-maintained and are currently running. The dial is exceptionally clean and features an elegant design. A small hairline is noticeable near the “8” numeral, as shown in the close-up photograph. The crystal is in excellent condition. The watch is sold as-is, with no returns accepted. Please examine the photographs carefully for a comprehensive view of its condition.
