This exquisite vintage pendant necklace hails from the 1940s era and showcases a petite carved shell cameo. Marked “1/20 12K. G.F.” on both the spring clasp and bale, this piece weighs approximately 4.7 grams. The chain measures approximately 18 inches in length, while the pendant itself is about 1 inch from the top of the bale to its base and 1/2 inch wide. A lovely young lady with up-swept hair graces the cameo, set securely within a bezel surrounded by tiny teeth. The pendant frame features a charming design of large and small twisted gold filled wire. Despite showing signs of gentle wear, this vintage piece remains in excellent condition and works perfectly.
