This exquisite antique pendant necklace hails from Mexico and is crafted from sterling silver (marked “925, ??”). The unique cross design showcases four beautiful shells and seven creamy ivory freshwater pearls, each meticulously secured with a pin. The intricate details of twisted wire holding each section to the cross highlight the artisan craftsmanship. Measuring approximately 2 1/2″ in height and 1 3/8″ in width, the pendant hangs gracefully from a fine silver chain measuring about 26″ long with a spring clasp. Weighing approximately 11.5 grams, this statement piece is in very nice condition and reflects its rich history.
