Discover this exceptional vintage charm dating back to 1905, crafted by the renowned William Vale & Son. Hallmarked with the unmistakable ‘WV&S’ mark, along with ‘R.D. 557020’, anchor, passant lion, and the ‘K’ denoting Birmingham, England origin, this piece is a testament to its history. Weighing approximately 1.4 grams and measuring about 1 1/8″ x 3/8″, it features a charming Swiss maiden playing an alphorn. This charm is in very nice condition and remains in good working order, complete with its original jump ring also hallmarked with the passant lion. It was discovered on a charm bracelet alongside several other charms from the same era, hinting at a rich history.
